Responsibilities
Job Scope:
• Provide onsite and remote desktop/EUC support across different customer locations
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices
• Handle device setup, imaging, migration, deployment, refresh, and decommission activities
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and meeting room technologies
• Manage incidents, service requests, and roaming support activities within SLA timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution and maintain proper ticket updates in ITSM tools
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or Managed Services
• Experience in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, MFA, and endpoint security
• Familiar with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
• Good troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Able to travel between customer sites for roaming support
• Driving license is an added advantage
