Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple real estate technology projects concurrently, including CRM systems, listing platforms, property tools, dashboards, automation systems, and mobile applications.
2. Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering, planning, UI/UX coordination, development, testing, deployment, to post-launch support and enhancements.
3. Review project objectives, workflows, user journeys, technical logic, integrations, dependencies, and operational limitations to identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and project documentation while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
5. Coordinate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, vendors, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality execution.
6. Track project progress, manage blockers and timelines, challenge unclear requirements or unrealistic expectations, and ensure delivered systems are scalable, maintainable, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
2. Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered with strong programming and proven delivery experience.
3. Minimum 5 years in software development, technical project management, or IT/product delivery.
4. Strong hands-on programming experience (web, mobile, backend, or full-stack).
5. Proven experience delivering end-to-end software projects from requirements to launch and post-launch support, including managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, vendors, business stakeholders)and managing offshore or external teams is an advantage.
7. Experience in real estate, proptech, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise systems is an added advantage.
