Job Summary

Join our friendly team as an Insurance Administrative Executive to support daily insurance operations and client servicing, driving efficient policy management and excellent customer engagement in a stable office-based role with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to insurance enquiries and manage policy renewal processes to ensure client coverage continuity
• Prepare accurate insurance quotations and facilitate timely policy issuance to meet client needs
• Process policy documents and endorsements efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance
• Liaise effectively with clients and insurers to resolve servicing matters and enhance client satisfaction
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to streamline insurance operations
• Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of CGI, PGI, COMGI, HI, M5, or M9 insurance certifications is advantageous for enhanced role performance

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9: 00 AM – 6:00 PM
