Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to support and maintain enterprise automation solutions within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on KTLO (Keep-The-Lights-On) support, lift-and-shift activities, workflow enhancements, and ongoing system reliability for business-critical applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support existing automation solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Support backend components developed using Azure Functions and Python
  • Maintain integrations with SharePoint Online and Dataverse for document management and transactional data storage
  • Perform incident troubleshooting, bug fixing, system enhancements, and operational support activities
  • Support lift-and-shift initiatives to ensure smooth migration and continuity of existing workflows and historical P2P transactional data
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, audit, governance, and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and optimize existing processes
  • Prepare and maintain proper technical documentation, change records, and support artefacts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with Azure Functions and Python development
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and workflow integration architecture
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments, including KTLO support and incident management
  • Understanding of security, data governance, and compliance requirements, preferably within healthcare or regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates with experience in public sector or healthcare projects will have an added advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with lift-and-shift or migration projects
  • Knowledge of automation and process optimization best practices
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
