Job Summary

Join Inchcape Shipping Services as an Offshore Project Specialist supporting coordination, logistics, vessel operations, documentation, HSE compliance, and stakeholder communication for international offshore projects in marine, oil & gas, FPSO, and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore and marine project activities to achieve timely and efficient completion of project milestones
  • Monitor project schedules, logistics, and operational tasks to maintain progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and trackers to ensure clear stakeholder review
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, offshore crews, and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables
  • Assist in implementing HSE compliance and operational support activities to uphold offshore safety standards
  • Support mobilization, procurement, and project execution to enable seamless offshore operations
  • Manage multiple tasks independently, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables to meet operational goals
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Optic, and similar digital tools to create and maintain project documentation and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maritime Studies, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, FPSO, shipyard, or energy projects is preferred
  • Understanding of offshore operations, logistics, or vessel coordination to support project activities
  • Familiarity with project documentation and reporting to ensure accurate information flow
  • Good communication and coordination skills to engage with diverse project stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Optic, and similar digital solutions to support project tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
