Full Time Warehouse Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Recruitfirst Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Location: Section 34, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

1. Inbound & Receiving

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and production-related supplies.
• Verify delivered quantities and conditions against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Label, store, and arrange materials according to warehouse layout and FIFO/FEFO requirements.

2. Production Support

• Pick, issue, and deliver materials to production lines based on production orders.
• Return unused materials from production to designated storage locations.
• Support WIP (Work-In-Progress) movement between production stages.

3. Inventory Control

• Perform daily stock checks and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP (R/3 / S/4 HANA) or other ERP systems.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the Warehouse Officer.

4. Outbound & Dispatch

• Support packing, staging, and loading of finished goods for dispatch.
• Ensure correct documentation is prepared and attached for outbound shipments.

5. Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment (5S).
• Comply with all safety procedures, including proper use of material handling equipment.
• Report safety hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately.

6. System & Documentation

• Perform basic system transactions such as goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents (GRN, delivery notes, production slips).

7. Other Duties

• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager and AT Hub Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training may be considered.
