This is a contract, on-site Business Analyst role based in Putrajaya. The Business Analyst will engage in identifying business needs, analyzing and documenting business processes, and gathering requirements through collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include creating detailed specifications, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and contributing to the design and implementation of solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Excellent Communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terminology
• Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization
• Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements effectively
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks or tools and familiarity with the technology industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
