WE ARE HIRING: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (SEA FREIGHT EXPORT)

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,700

Contract Role: 6 Months

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle shipment bookings and export documentation
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, vendors & overseas offices
• Update shipment details and maintain accurate records in system
• Prepare shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices & manifests
• Monitor shipment progress and support operational issue resolution
• Assist with invoicing, billing and documentation follow-up

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics / freight forwarding / sea freight
• Knowledge in export shipment process is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word & email communication
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
