Korean Speaking Customer Service

Requirements

  • candidates with Korean language proficiency

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

  • Comfortable handling inbound customer calls

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries from Korean-speaking customers
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and follow company procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary

Role Overview

The Korean Speaking Customer Service Executive will support Korean customers by handling inbound calls and providing timely solutions to their inquiries. The role requires strong Korean language skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
