We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager — and we want someone who's done it, not just studied it.

Anytime Fitness Trailblazers Malaysia is expanding fast across 22+ clubs, and we need a digital acquisition expert to own the full funnel — from first ad impression to signed membership.

Your 4 Core Pillars:

a)Paid Channel Mastery — Run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube. Own the budget, the bids, and the results.

b) Funnel & Conversion — Build landing pages, deploy AI lead capture, and hit real targets: ≥50% inquiry-to-lead and ≥30% lead-to-sale.

c) Creative Direction — Brief and guide the creative team on hooks, formats, and messaging that actually converts.

d)Analytics & Reporting — Own CAC, ROAS, CPL dashboards and present sharp weekly insights to leadership.

What we're looking for:

5–7 years hands-on paid media experience (fitness/lifestyle a plus)

3+ years managing teams or campaigns at scale

Proven track record with RM50K+ monthly ad budgets

Data-first mindset with strong Meta Ads Manager & GA4 skills

Ambitious enough to grow into a leadership role within 2 years

Kuala Lumpur | Full-Time | Competitive + Performance-Based Pay
