Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Program Specialist. The Program Specialist will oversee program management activities, ensuring projects are executed effectively and align with organizational goals. The role includes managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions, analyzing program performance, and facilitating efficient communication across teams. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service to support clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in delivering Training sessions to individuals or groups
• Proven ability in providing excellent Customer Service to address client needs and resolve inquiries
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with data-driven platforms and AI technologies is a plus
