Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years' of work experience into customer service.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Excellent English speaking.
• Able to commute to Company location at Kuala Lumpur for laptop collection.
