We're Hiring: IT Software Developer!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain applications that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop frontend interfaces, backend APIs, business logic, database schemas, and system integrations.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, performance tuning, deployment support, and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and OWASP secure coding practices.
• Support application build, packaging, and deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using AI-assisted diagnostic tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, ICT providers, and government agencies to deliver system enhancements and technology initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Manage technology projects related to operational support, maintenance, and new enhancement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skill Sets

The proposed candidate should possess:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or equivalent role, preferably in Agile environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET, and frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, or React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI) and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, SDLC, and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, and product delivery.
