Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Specialist based in Kelana Jaya. The role involves developing and managing sales and marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting face-to-face interactions with customers. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering presentations, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Additionally, the candidate will engage in on-the-job training to enhance team skills and support sales management activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address customer needs
- Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and manage client accounts
- Proficiency in Sales Management and Training to lead teams and foster professional growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a proactive and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or related fields is an advantage but not required
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
