Full Time Air Freight Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to all export-related enquiries
• Coordinate with shippers on collection arrangements and other export matters
• Work closely with sales teams and destination offices to obtain airfreight approvals and establish shipping rates
• Liaise with Finance for shipments involving Cash on Delivery (COD) or customers exceeding credit limits
• Coordinate with Vendor Management teams to arrange collections
• Work with the Airfreight Planner to secure flight schedules
• Liaise with the Import Team on re-export shipments
• Ensure timely and accurate application of export permits through coordination with the permits department
• Work with the warehouse team on cargo acceptance, release, packing, sorting, and storage needs
• Coordinate with external vendors for Dangerous Goods (DG) packing, crating, fumigation, and other specialized services

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in airfreight shipment operations is required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and export procedures is an advantage.
