What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a portfolio of Singapore companies across various industries
• Prepare directors’ resolutions and corporate secretarial documents
• Assist with company incorporations, striking off, and changes with ACRA
• Prepare and file Annual Returns
• Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and regulatory deadlines
• Support clients with corporate secretarial related queries
• Work closely with accounting, tax, and compliance teams to provide holistic support to clients

What We’re Looking For

• Prior corporate secretarial experience preferred
• Familiarity with ACRA filings and Singapore Companies Act
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
