Full Time QA- QC Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Oversee the full spectrum of Group Quality Assurance (QA)and Quality Control (QC) functions.
• Manage all internal and external quality matters to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate and ensure timely response and closure of Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Review, update, and improve QA/QC processes, systems, and operational workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives beyond basic compliance requirements.
• Lead efforts to enhance overall quality performance across the supply chain.
• Conduct and oversee supplier quality audits, qualification,and re-certification activities.
• Support supply chain development through vendor quality management and site assessments.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC).

• Lead and guide a team of IQC personnel in daily operations.
• Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI), parts inspection, and vendor qualification processes.
• Review quality performance data and reports to identify gapsand trends.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier quality.
• Enforce quality standards and ensure continuous improvement of vendor performance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 5 years related QA/QC working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of metrology requirements with teaching skills (using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Black and Smart Scope).
• Strong problem-solving (e.g. 8D discipline, FMEA) and communication skills.
• Have a penchant for details and strict with documentation compliance.
• Independent and initiative to develop and drive quality improvement programs.
