 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Activity Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate activities focusing on sensory play, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a structured yet flexible daily routine that includes meal times, rest periods, and indoor/outdoor play.
• Child Observation: Monitor and document each child’s progress, identifying developmental milestones and areas for growth.
• Parent Communication: Maintain professional and transparent relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s day and development.
• Safety & Hygiene: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment at all times, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (multilingualism is a plus).
• Patient, creative, and physically active.
• Solid understanding of early childhood developmental stages.
• Mindset: A strong advocate for play-based learning and "skills over grades."
