Job Description

Responsibilities

We are hiring for a IT consulting and banking services Technical Delivery Manager based in KL, Malaysia


Responsibilities

·      Business Good understanding of user behaviour client experience to deliver business capabilities through a client centric data driven digital journeys Processes 

·      Defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the scrum team including definition of done Act as a key player in the different events of the development cycle daily scrums team demos and retrospectives SIT UAT and signoff from business stakeholders

·      Review test cases and evidence to ensure enough test coverage Risk Management Coordinates escalates and reports on key risks and issues Recorded in Banks project management tools eg Clarity PlanView ADO and proper and timely mitigations for closure in Refinement Forum Governance Maintain requirements library SharePoint Teams Confluence ADO including submitted papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums Provide support to Management Team Workstream Leads Product Owners Scrum Masters and development team to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that BA process follow the Banks NWOW standards processes and governance

·      This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Lead TTO Risk Management to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters 

Qualifications:

Expert knowledge in Fusion Risk Management or similar platform leveraging Salesforce capability is a MUST Documentation Business Requirement Document BRD User Stories Functional Specification Document FSD Business Glossary Data Model Test Strategy Project Plan Process Flow diagram etc Report types.

Excellent stakeholder management skills Understanding of Project Governance standards change management financial management project lifecycle and related lifecycle stages Current Knowledge of SCB processes governance and standard for project programme management. New Way of Working n WOW risk management prepost implementation is a plus Experience in with liaising and engaging with internal audit groups, external reviewers and regulators is a plus An industry-recognised BA certification is a plus.
