About Us: G-Mart Auction is a dynamic and expanding platform specializing exclusively in repossessed and used cars. We are currently growing our team and looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily operations at our Simpang Balak headquarters and our newly opened branch in Seremban.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize daily administrative documentation, filing, and paperwork.
• Handle database management and accurate data entry tasks.
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure smooth front-desk or customer service operations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support the operational workflow of the branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic database systems.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly punctual.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
