Intern - Property Management Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Gamuda Land Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist the Property Services team in daily operational and administrative matters.
• Support coordination of maintenance, defect management, and tenant/customer requests.
• Assist in site inspections and preparation of reports.
• Support documentation, filing, and data updating.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and service providers when required.
• Assist in monitoring property upkeep and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Minimum 10 weeks of internship duration.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
