Qualifications
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong customer service skills (online & offline)
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Cheerful, confident, and comfortable hosting live sessions on TikTok
Physically involved in packing parcels and stock handling
Positive, vibrant, and energetic personality
Skills in audience engagement and content creation are a must
Host and conduct live selling sessions on TikTok during retail hours
Engage and interact with online audiences to promote products effectively
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Promote and model AINAHARIZ outfits during live sessions and in-store
Create a positive, cheerful work environment and motivate teammates
Process orders, prepare tracking information, and handle returns
Work six days per week
