Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, in Star Plastics Industrial Co. Nilai - Maukerja

Job Scope

• Responsible for production planning for Packing and Finished Goods.

• Responsible to sub-out packing jobs whenever production hits capacity.

• Receive Purchase Order from customer, forward to each department. Reply to customer on delivery.

• To coordinate on any revised schedule and re-confirm ETD to customer.

• Reply to customer on all enquiry related to production and packing materials.

• Prepare volume updates by month and present to customer.

• Prepare finished goods delivery schedule and shipping schedule.

• Verify bill of material (BOM).

• Verify Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.

• Back-up on each dept. supervisors/ executives if they are not around/ on leave.

• Assist MR especially on maintenance of production’s record are consistence and in implementation of EIA.

• Ensure all scheduled waste stored and dispose according to DOE regulations.

• Ensure the EMP target is implement and achieve.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good literacy in using Microsoft Word, Excel application.

• Past working experience in manufacturing environment.

• A team player and able to work independently

• Good understanding in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai.
