Full Time NPD - Customer Service Executive – Cosmetic - Food Jobs, in D & O Nutraceutical Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. Perak - Maukerja

We are a food supplement and cosmetic OEM/ODM manufacturer looking for a dynamic and multitasking individual to handle both New Product Development (NPD) and Customer Service / Client Coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both product development and customer interaction, acting as a bridge between clients, R&D, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development (NPD)

• Coordinate new product development from concept to launch

• Work with R&D on formulation, sampling, and testing

• Handle OEM/ODM custom product requests

• Prepare product costing, BOM, and specifications

• Ensure compliance with NPRA / MOH / GMP standards

• Support product improvements and innovation

Customer Service

• Act as main contact for OEM clients

• Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing

• Follow up on sample requests and product development progress

• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics

• Manage customer complaints and after-sales support

• Maintain client database and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science / Cosmetic Science / Business or related field

• 1–3 years experience in NPD, R&D, Customer Service, or OEM industry

• Knowledge in cosmetic or food products preferred

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects

• Experience in OEM/ODM environment is highly preferred
