• Plan, coordinate, and execute pest control treatment programs across farm operations.

• Monitor and identify pest infestation issues and recommend suitable corrective actions and treatment plans.

• Control rodent populations to a minimal level and prevent pest outbreaks within farm premises.

• Supervise TRBS maintenance activities and pest control service work carried out by technicians and external service providers.

• Ensure proper pest control documentation, data management, and record-keeping are maintained accurately.

• Coordinate purchasing and inventory management for pest control materials, chemicals, and consumables.

• Prepare and present reports related to pest infestation trends, control effectiveness, and farm hygiene status.

• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards.

• Work closely with farm operations teams to improve pest prevention measures and operational cleanliness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Applied Science, Entomology & Parasitology, Ecology & Biodiversity, Biodiversity, or related fields.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant working experience in farm operations or pest management will have an added advantage.

3. Good knowledge of pest control practices, rodent management, and farm biosecurity.

4. Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

5. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced farm environment.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

7. Possess own transport and willing to travel between farm sites if required
