Full Time Technician (Waste Water Treatment Plant) Jobs, in Sigma Water Engineering Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Knowledge in WWTP System Treatment process, equipment's maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge in control logic and electrical.

• Shall be capable of taking measurement and interpreting information / data to operate the plant in proper manner, risk handling and compliance to systems specification.

• Carry out preventive maintenance, repair and calibration on equipment and instrument in accordance with work's schedules and instruction.

• Able to perform repair, troubleshoot and maintenance equipment e.g pump, analyzer and etc.

• Conduct regular inspection on the system per defined schedule to ensure effective operation.

• Heavily using SCADA System for Operation and Control.

• Conduct water sampling and samples analysis.

• Complete water quality and operational procedure, records/ log sheets.

• Perform routine and non-routine task in accordance with the operational requirements of sites.

• Ensure that all chemicals are stored, handled, used safely and effectively.

• Perform other duties as requested by Engineer/ Manager

• Administrative duties, e.g site logs, daily task sheets, word orders, stock records, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess an adequate educational background in engineering with a minimum qualification of SPM, Form 6, or a Diploma.

• At least 3 years of experience and strong references in operating and maintaining wastewater treatment plants.

• Wide knowledge in technical waste water management

• Knowledge in computer for standard software e.g Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word and email.

• Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work in shift and support OT when required.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• A high level of discipline and punctuality is required.
