Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering or other equivalent with minimum Certificate in technical education.

• Minimum 2 years working experienced as CNC Machinist in manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set up (panel, Jig, cutter tool & radio probe unit) with reference to work order (SOP, NCOD and WI)

2. Performs probing alignment as per program operations & verification.

3.Participate with technical engineering and maintenance team to resolve any issue which related to machining problems.

4. Controls machining parameter (spindle speed and feed rate) as mentioned in work order (NCOD and WI)

5. Starts and observes machine operation as per SOP.

6. Collect and report process data (setup and run time)

7. Loads NC programs into machine controller through Multi DNC software.

8. Verifies conformance of finished parts as per Work Order Instructions.

9. Participation and contribution in Continuous Improvement processes.
