PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT WANTED

Job Scope

Bank statement entry (4 banks)

Purchase invoice entry

Payment knock-off

Petty cash handling

Maintain proper accounting records and filing

Requirements

Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge

Must know how to use SQL Accounting / UBS or other accounting systems

Able to use Microsoft Excel

Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

Experience in accounts/admin work is an advantage

Working Arrangement

Part-time basis

Working days: 2–3 times per week

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Flexus Signature Suites, Jalan Kuching KL - near Segambut
