About the role

We are hiring Receptionist cum Admin Assistant. Be the face of our company and the heartbeat of our daily operations.

At Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd, we believe first impressions matter. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide front-desk assistance to visitors professionally and direct them to the relevant personnel.

  2. Handle incoming phone calls, screen and forward calls, and take accurate messages when required.

  3. Manage incoming mails, courier arrangements, and outgoing parcels or documents.

  4. Monitor cleanliness and general upkeep of the front desk and surrounding areas.

  5. Assist in coordinating general office maintenance and repair matters and support cheque collection coordination and related administrative matters when required.

  6. Support administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling documents, and maintaining records.

  7. Assist in travel arrangements bookings when necessary.

  8. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and maintain inventory, Prepare refreshments for staff and guests when required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification

  2. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
