Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing & Corporate Communications Executive to lead all internal and external communication efforts. This role includes full-spectrum responsibility for content creation, branding, digital marketing, event planning, project support, and in-house design work—from visual identity to web presence.

You will play a key role in cross-departmental projects and initiatives, supporting planning, communication strategies, marketing rollout, and design execution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messages and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage content across newsletters, corporate websites, social media, and digital channels.

Design and implement a content calendar for strategic corporate outreach and marketing activities.

Independently design, build, and maintain the corporate website including layout, structure, and content updates.

Conceptualise and design all marketing collaterals and brand assets—including logos, visuals, presentation templates, and printed materials.

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking.

Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities, ensuring branding, messaging, and communications are consistent.

Support and contribute to company-wide projects, including internal campaigns, launches, and department-led initiatives.

Craft clear, compelling written materials including speeches, internal announcements, and corporate presentations.

Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and written communications.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

Strong copywriting and content development skills for both digital and print platforms.

Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).

Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar).

Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies and using relevant tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Able to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects and see initiatives through from concept to launch.
