What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or representative
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs
Assisting with various office tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
