What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

  2. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or representative

  3. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area

  4. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs

  5. Assisting with various office tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
