Responsibilities
1. Franchisee Financial Language Training
Translate headquarters/company financial logic into “business language” that franchisees can understand
Provide franchisees with basic financial knowledge training (income, cost, profit structure)
Enhance franchisees’ ability to understand data, reports, and business results
2. Cost Control and Cost Reduction Awareness Training
Assist in analyzing common cost structures of franchisees
Guide franchisees to establish cost awareness and cost reduction thinking
Collaborate with regions to deliver standardized business improvement recommendations
3. Revenue and Business Analysis Support
Guide franchisees to understand the relationship between revenue/expenditure structure and business results
Assist regions in conducting root cause analysis of network operation issues
Develop reusable business analysis and training materials
4. Talent Development and Training System Construction
Participate in and promote the capability model development for network management positions (such as regional, district, and outlets)
Design and implement network management training courses (online / offline)
Assist in establishing a talent pipeline cultivation mechanism for network management
5. Performance Management Support
Assist in clarifying the logic of network performance management and the interpretation of indicators
Provide performance rules explanation and training for regional and network management staff
Support regions in improving the execution quality of performance management and reducing misinterpretations
Qualifications
Diploma or above, preferably with a background in management, finance, logistics, or business studies
More than 3 years of experience in network management, operations management, cost management, training, or related work
Strong training delivery and logical structuring skills
Ability to simplify complex systems and financial concepts into easy-to-understand content
Practical understanding of network operations, cost, and performance
Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills
