Full Time Architectural Drafter | Draughtsman | Draftsperson Jobs, in Dynaton Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Pahang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with team to produce architectural drawings and detailed plans.
• Generate accurate technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with current building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings to reflect design changes and project modifications.
• Develop 3D models and visual renderings to assist in design presentations and concept development.
• Maintain and organize a library of standard drawing details, templates, and components.
• Manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
• Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors or the company.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and translate architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and archive drawing files and documentation.
• Strong time management to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying timelines.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience using rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Prior experience working in an architectural or construction firm.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies such as Revit.
• Certification in architectural drafting or CAD programs.
