[What you will be working on]

The Department of Planning & Organisation Development (POD) drives organisation-wide strategic planning, resource allocation, organisational transformation and culture change. Reporting to the Deputy Director/POD, you will support strategic planning and drive organisation development, organisational transformation, culture change and resource optimisation across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support organisation-wide planning processes (e.g. strategic plans, annual plans) and track key performance indicators. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement organisation development initiatives , including change management, employee engagement and culture-building efforts. Partner stakeholders to strengthen leadership and staff capabilities through targeted interventions and programmes. Facilitate workshops, discussions and cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Allocate manpower and financial resources to schools and departments in alignment with institutional policy, regulations and guidelines. Monitor resource utilisation and identify resource gaps or excesses and propose adjustments to optimise resource allocation.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to connect ideas, interpret data and work independently.
  • Experience in data visualisation and dashboard development, with the ability to organise and communicate insights clearly to different stakeholders.
  • Able to diagnoses organisational needs and design appropriate organisation development or change interventions. Facilitates initiatives, workshops and discussions that strengthen alignment, engagement, capability and change adoption.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver effectively under time pressure.
