The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Manage end-to-end product and service implementation with merchants, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and on-time launch.
  • Handle partner and vendor management including commercial negotiations, agreements, settlement processes, and relationship building.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams by preparing product requirements, leading meetings, resolving issues, and driving product implementation.
  • Support product marketing activities including marketing briefs, campaign tracking, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and post-launch analysis.
  • Monitor product performance, reporting, customer experience, and market trends while ensuring strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

About You

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, business support, sales support, or operations, preferably in fiber and wireless broadband environments.
  • Strong knowledge in broadband network operations, network configuration, service provisioning, troubleshooting, site surveys, project tracking, and vendor management.
  • Familiar with fiber and wireless technologies including FTTO/FTTH, OLT, ONU, RGW, wireless CPEs, 4G/5G radios, VLANs, and IP provisioning.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
