Calling Korean (Topik Level 5) and Japanese (JLPT N2) speaking Finance Accountants!

Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations within a shared services environment.

The role is responsible for invoice processing, issue resolution, stakeholder support, month-end activities, and ensuring SLA compliance while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, SAP and basic accounting principles is preferred.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, handling vendor and stakeholder inquiries, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, assisting with process implementation, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.

The role involves collaborating with finance teams, supporting peers, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Japanese-speaking positions:

• Invoice Processing
• Payment Processing

Korean-speaking positions:

• T&E / Travel & Expenses
• Invoice Processing

Budget for the role is at RM9,500 (includes language allowance).
