• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling

• Strong experience in Primavera P6 and project reporting

• Experience in managing project timelines, progress tracking, and coordination

• Experience in energy or power industry is an added advantage

• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Develop and manage project schedules and work plans
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks or delays
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution
• Prepare planning reports and progress updates
