SAP S/4HANA Brownfield – Functional Lead (FI/CO)

Role: SAP Functional Lead – S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion

8–12 years SAP functional experience

Work location : near to KLIA airport

Key Responsibilities

• Own functional conversion impact analysis for ECC → S/4HANA

• Analyze Simplification Items and assess business impact

• Drive Fit to Standard workshops with minimal redesign approach

• Validate configuration consistency pre and post conversion

• Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities

• Lead SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing

• Ensure integration continuity with SD, MM, FI, GTS, MDG, Ariba, BW, etc.

• Support hypercare and business stabilization post Go Live

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years SAP functional experience

• At least one full ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA functional simplifications

• Exposure to global templates and multi country rollouts

• Exposure to Project Systems

• Ability to work with technical, Basis & integration teams
