For one of my global customer we are looking for a senior SAP finance support consultant.

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide AMS support for SAP FICO modules across APAC; primary contact for Finance incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation for AMS factory on complex FICO functional issues, document flows, and posting logic.
• Gather business requirements for change requests; deliver or review functional specifications and contribute to testing of new developments.
• Facilitate workshops to collect requirements, map to global template, and identify gaps and workaround solutions.
• Manage the FICO ticket portfolio (Incidents, SRs, CRs); prioritize to meet SLA targets and manage escalations and cross-domain integration (Retail, Supply Chain, Master Data).
• Review service delivery with business key users and SAP Regional / Global CoE representatives.
• Liaise between business users, AMS factory, and technical teams for end-to-end troubleshooting; provide ABAP debugging support where required.
• Ensure AMS factory daily monitoring is performed on schedule; support error analysis and resolution as needed.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to SAP; coordinate data validation with business users.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors and align project activities with the master project plan.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.

Competence and skills:

• SAP ECC/S4 HANA with 5 to 10 years of experience across full-cycle implementation and AMS support projects.
• Minimum 5 years configuring SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA); strong knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and Retail.
• Profound understanding of finance operations and document flows across systems and transfer types.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail SAP projects is a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO integrations (banking interfaces, DMEE payment configuration, tax reporting, consolidation platforms).
• Ability to read ABAP code and perform basic debugging for root cause analysis.
• Ability to multitask across multiple deliverables; result-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to document, report, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels, including in challenging or multicultural environments.
• International mindset; comfortable working across APAC time zones. English is a must; additional Asian languages are a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
