The SAP Enterprise Consultant is responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing SAP solutions that support business processes and objectives across the enterprise. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, integration techniques, and industry best practices, enabling organisations to optimise operations, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or others) to meet enterprise needs.
- Lead or support SAP project implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Customise SAP solutions and integrate with other enterprise systems as required.
- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, process improvements, and change management strategies.
- Develop and deliver training for end-users, ensuring effective adoption of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP environments, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and processes for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on SAP product innovations, releases, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, implementation, or support.
- Proficiency in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- SAP certification(s) are an advantage.
