Responsibilities

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB


The ideal candidate will report to the HR Director, APMEA and bring his or her prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, as well as relevant implementation experience to the role. You will work closely with the country HR team to ensure a coordinated approach across region on compensation and benefits programs. This individual will also play a role in partnering with country HR leads across the business, including Finance, Information Technology, and Service Delivery Team.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with HR leads and the Recruiting team regarding compensation-related decisions (compensation-related business problems.

• Support in salary benchmarking and proposal, compensation analysis, annual increment and bonus, long term and short-term incentives, job grading, etc

• Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades and job levels.

• Work closely with Group/ Global and Head of HR APMEA to support on annual merit review process and performance management process roll out. Support in the annual performance management process to ensure that employees’ level of performance meet current and future standards through objective setting, mid-year reviews and year-end reviews

• Accountable for quarterly bonus review process, work with local HR to consolidate file and conduct first cut audit before submission to Region and Group.

• Work closely with Country HR and multiple stakeholders to identify and improve compensation and benefits processes

• Participate and contribute on wider people-based projects in relation to pay, reward, recognition and/or compensation.

• Work closely with country HR to review data on MyHR to achieve 100% data accuracy

• Support in reviewing and auditing monthly payroll/ internal audit exercises

• Act as coordinator and Aspire project manager for payroll transition and implementation projects


JOB PROFILE

Required Work Experience and Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant rewards/ compensation & benefits work experience

• At least 3+ years of experience in country HR operations/ management role

• Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies and people initiatives are a plus

• Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills

• Analytical with strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic

• Exercises discretion and interpersonal judgment when handling sensitive and highly confidential information.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team

• Must possess entrepreneurial spirit and “can do” attitude
