Full Time Fleet Maintenance Manager (Heavy Trucks) Jobs, in EPS Consultants Selangor - Maukerja

• Oversee daily workshop operations, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high fleet availability and minimal downtime.
• Establish technical standards, enforce SOPs, and ensure quality control for all repair and maintenance activities.
• Lead workshop manpower, monitor productivity, and drive staff development and competency improvement.
• Develop maintenance strategies, monitor breakdown trends, and improve fleet reliability and asset performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor performance, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs to enhance efficiency and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digitalisation, and operational excellence across workshop operations.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in heavy trucks
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
