Requirements

  • CGI(ICSA) qualification or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling corporate secretarial matters.
  • Familiar in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements and other related laws and regulations.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented, good time management and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • To provide support to the in-house secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions such as reviewing/preparation of resolutions, constitution, statutory forms, and reports.
  • To ensure timely submission of statutory documents and proper maintenance all secretarial records for easy retrieval at all times.
  • To provide advice to internal and external stakeholder and oversee the Company’s compliances with the statutory requirements, regulations and other matters as prescribed by the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • To discharge any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
