Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and debug test solutions for embedded security systems, surveillance infrastructure, access control platforms, alarm monitoring systems, and secure communication devices.
• Support validation, characterization, and system integration activities for hardware and software platforms used in CCTV monitoring, command centre operations, and real-time security infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams on system bring-up, platform verification, deployment readiness, and infrastructure optimization activities.
• Perform digital validation and debugging activities including JTAG, SCAN, Functional Testing, MBIST, and interface-level diagnostics to ensure system reliability and operational stability.
• Conduct mixed-signal characterization and performance evaluation for high-speed communication, surveillance transmission, RF-enabled monitoring devices, and embedded signal-processing systems involving ADC, DAC, PLL, and related subsystems.
• Support software-integrated testing and troubleshooting activities for monitoring platforms, surveillance applications, access control systems, and security workflow environments.
• Drive reliability improvement, test optimization, operational efficiency, and validation quality initiatives across engineering and deployment environments.
• Analyze system logs, waveform/debug outputs, and performance metrics to identify root causes of failures, communication issues, and system-level bottlenecks.
• Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, test analysis, and operational support documentation for quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and integration partners to ensure engineering solutions align with security operations and service requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Engineering, Embedded System Validation, or Hardware/Software Integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX, or equivalent automated test and validation platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, secure communication platforms, monitoring infrastructure, or software-integrated hardware environments is advantageous.
• Experience in debugging, validation, characterization, and production/system test support activities.
• Knowledge of system integration, signal processing, communication infrastructure, or real-time monitoring technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced engineering and operational environments.
