Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Case Administration Officer to provide administrative and operational support for case management and service coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for case management processes
- Process applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and scheduling arrangements
- Attend to enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and promptly
- Prepare reports, correspondence, documentation, and case-related records
- Support officers with client follow-ups and documentation tracking
- Assist with procurement coordination, inventory management, and operational support duties
- Accompany officers for outreach sessions or home visits when required
- Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or case support will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage confidential information responsibly
- Comfortable handling administrative and system-related tasks
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Candidates available immediately or on short notice will be preferred
