Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image at all times
- Approach customers proactively and understand their needs to recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets set by the company
- Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Ensure stock availability on the sales floor and assist with replenishment
- Provide accurate product knowledge (features, sizing, promotions, etc.)
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Support stock take, inventory control, and daily store operations
- Follow company SOPs and participate in daily briefings
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
