We are looking for IT Engineers to support an upcoming project deployment. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing technical and application support to End User Computing (EUC) products, including deployment, troubleshooting, and parts replacement.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support for End User Computing products

Perform deployment, maintenance, and parts replacement for PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals

Support computer network maintenance and troubleshooting

Provide technical support on-site, via phone, or through email

Manage operational activities including customer service, administration, and coordination

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification

Strong interest in IT and technical support

Willing to travel for on-site support at client locations

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,139.01 - RM2,500.00 per month
