Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Komugi (Multiple Reward ) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in compiling monthly recurring journals (salary, HP interest, petty cash/staff claims).
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting records.
• Monitor creditor aging and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and audit schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and internal departments regarding payment matters.
• Support ad hoc assignments from the Finance Manager or management.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: LCCI, Diploma or Degree Holder.
• At least 1-2 years related working experiences in finance.
• Positive, Responsible, Meticulous, Good Attitude, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
