Job Scope
- Assist in planning and creating creative recruitment marketing content for social media platforms
- Create multi-type content including short videos, graphics, posters, captions, and recruitment-related content
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
- Support employer branding campaigns to improve company visibility and candidate attraction
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media channels
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and create suitable marketing content
- Monitor social media engagement and recruitment campaign performance
- Brainstorm creative ideas and trending content to increase audience reach and engagement
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Human Resources, Creative Multimedia, or related fields
- Creative mindset with strong interest in content creation and social media marketing
- Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, video editing, or design tools are an advantage
- Comfortable appearing in or creating video content is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to keep up with social media trends and internet culture
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience managing social media pages or creating online content
- Basic understanding of employer branding or recruitment marketing
Pay: From RM800.00 per month
