Faculty Technologies is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Sitecore Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and seamless execution of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms (DXP). In this client-facing agency environment, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering mechanics and exceptional user experiences.

You will take technical ownership of end-to-end Sitecore implementations, optimize content delivery pipelines, and build decoupled architectures utilizing Sitecore's modern composable SaaS suite. Core Focus: Sitecore XP/XM, XM Cloud, Content Hub, Omni-channel Delivery

Architecture: Headless (Next.js/React), MVC, Microservices, REST/GraphQL

Experience Level: 4–8+ Years in Enterprise CMS Ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions utilizing Sitecore Experience Platform (XP/XM) and Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Headless Implementations: Build modern front-end connections using modern headless paradigms (Sitecore JSS, Next.js, React) integrated via GraphQL or RESTful APIs.
• Ecosystem Integration: Architect integrations between Sitecore and critical downstream digital systems, including CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), and third-party marketing automation tooling.
• DevOps & Deployment: Build and optimize automated CI/CD deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) targeting cloud-native infrastructure (Azure PaaS / SaaS).
• Technical Leadership & Consultation: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering governance standards, mentor junior developers, and translate business stakeholder requirements into technical architecture definitions.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across caching strategies, search providers (Solr, SearchStax), and database layers to guarantee top-tier Core Web Vitals.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and coding enterprise web applications, with at least 3 years specifically focused on the Sitecore CMS ecosystem (versions 9.x, 10.x, or XM Cloud).
• Proficiency in the .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Solid foundation in Sitecore data modeling, layout configurations, pipelines, events, and security structures.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud application hosting environments (primarily Microsoft Azure).
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to confidently present technical solutions to client stakeholders.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
